Trescothick first Ashes victim!
3 years ago, mid-AprilThe first casualty of The Ashes has been struck down some 3 and a half months prior to the first Test. Trescothick is suffering from migraines!

Perhaps it’s Ashes fever, Marcus - a well-known condition, mainly restricted to northern europeans prior to a cricketing engagement against the Antipodians 
(I used to “suffer” from migraines myself in my teens - they’re awful. Completely disables your vision. Or as the yanks would say: “My vision has been compromised” - on top of a skull-cracking headache)
