    St Moritz: playground of the rich and fameless, and now playground of the cricketer. The sport is no stranger to ice, and the novelty has totally worn off. Come on - can’t they think of anything new? We’ve had icey cricket, we’ve had desert cricket. Come on, Branson: let’s have gravity-free cricket on the moon.

    Cricket on an ice rink in London

    There was a charity match to raise funds for the Ben Hollioake Fund this morning, on an ice rink outside the Natural History Museum. It was as bizarre as it sounds. All the photos I took were useless apart from this which at least has some colour on what was a very grey, wintery morning:

    This is brilliant! Bunch of lads playing cricket on ice, in the snow, in the cold, in Estonia. I’m going to have to put my journalist’s hat on and speak to them.
