‘Hansie’ filming completed
By Will 2 months ago, Comments
Frans Cronje, the brother of Hansie, has finished the film documenting the life and troubles of his sibling.
The filming of Hansie, based on the life of the late South African captain, has been completed by his brother Frans Cronje, who says he went through his “own King Commission” during the “incredibly tough” year of shooting. Frans told Cricinfo the movie, completed on Monday, will be released across Africa on September 24 with a possible international release to follow
Whatever your views of the man, it’ll be interesting to see how objective Frans has managed to be.

We’ve been musing about Youtube recently at work, and are constantly baffled by the amount of stuff on the site. It really is mad.
But until now I hadn’t come across any short films (cricket-based)…this is well worth watching if you’ve 10 minutes spare. Some funny moments and a pretty good Richie Benaud impression (equally good impersonation of a kiwi commentator too!). Click here if you can’t see the video below.
