No kidding. Dunc’s facial expression is dynamite next to the banal drivel emanating from his gob. Rarely has TMS roped in someone so unsuited to the job. His pointless witterings make one long for The Shipping Forecast and The Daily Service. Hopefully they’ve only got him for this game as he lives in Cape Town.
Anyone who remembers Boycott talking about Fletcher when he had the England job will want to be a fly on the wall at the back of the commentary box. Meantime, Mike Selvey should be spitting nails that TMS sacked him in favour of this broadcasting horror show. Pity Agnew and co who have to try to make him sound interesting.
