No one died and it was high drama. So England lost. This is what 20/20 can throw up. Chris Gayle blew the Aussies away last night but none of this alters the balance for the Ashes. A bunch of park cricketers played beyond their ability and this is what makes sport so enriching. My advice to the doomsayers on Fleet Street is dont be churlish. Celebrate the cricket and go easy on your boys. The way the papers are carrying on you would think England had deliberately lost.
