There is a very interesting story about Peter Roebuck on the Wikipedi web site; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Roebuck.
It appears a cricket is not all he is skilled with.
An non-England England XI

As a riff on the previous post, here’s a team of foreign-born players that England could put out. The bowling looks thin, but there’s a wealth of keepers to choose from: Ambrose just edges out Prior, Jones and Pothas.
Strauss (born in SA) (capt)
Joyce (Ire)
Trott (SA)
Pietersen (SA)
Shah (Pak)
Solanki (Ind)
Ambrose (Aus)
Jordan (WI)
Caddick (NZ)
Saqlain Mushtaq (Pak)
Amjad Khan (erm, Denmark)
with Dalrymple as a utility twelther.
I reckon they’d give the indigenous XI a good game. Anybody I’ve missed?

Good one pal…Rather they should have named this team as the World XI…I feel really bad for this so called English line-up doen’t even feature a single purely English player…
