Ooh, ahh, Glenn McGrath. Spoofish video

By Will last year, at the start of March Leave a comment on this post

Best watched at about 10am, in your office, and ideally when you’re boss / team-leader / line-manager or someone else is giving a speech. Shortly afterwards, and for the remainder of the day, you’ll be unable to say anything other than Ooh, ahh, Glenn McGrath…

I am still laughing :’) I LOVE the website URL at the end! Ooh Aah Glen McGrath! Do you think he has something for Wasim Akram or what?

I’ve taken away this new saying, “You could say we are Sachin for Tendulkar.”

    Classic!

I’m so glad that reminded me of Alan Mullally’s batting. The innings up to that point was wonderful. The look on Wasim’s face as Mullally just threw the bat was fantastic.

Terrific stuff. I knew the song (Bowlin’ Shane by Aussie comedian Haskel Daniel) but had never seen this video. Absolutely brilliant!

Love those random pics of Dean Headley, which keep cropping up. Glad he hasn’t been forgotten.

Slightly unfortunate for him, though. Headley’s a w***er!

This is Glen/Glenn McGrath bowling at his best. The Aussies will miss him when he retires in a few weeks after the world cup but i don’t think he’s been at his best since the first Ashes test at lords in 2005.

Very funny… was “Headley” misheard in the song though?? It always used to be “Hadlee is a w@nker” as far as I remember… should have been Sir Dick’s photo instead, I reckon. Still, top notch effort…
