Shirt lifters

Made me chuckle. I know who’s behind this, putting a shirtless Ramprakash on the front page of Cricinfo, and I know who is going to be cooing insufferably all day. Thank God I’ve a day off!

Could be worse: could be mindless footballers. Since googling info about John Terry, I have realised there is no comparison with Michael Vaughan . . . silly me for trying any other sport . . .

    Obviously the term “shirt lifter” has a very different meaning in England :)

    In Australia using that term would on a site would have the lawyers licking their lips.
