So BangBang have fallen short of a massive total, Stuart MacGill picking up eight wickets, but their 427 far exceeds their wildest wishes. And now, Australia are 30 for 1!

Update they’re 50 for 3!

Actually, that’s 50 for 3. And we’ve picked 5 bowlers. I accept that Australia’s time left at the top is limited, but surely it’s too soon to lose a test match to Bangladesh.

Agree with your comments re Gilchrist; what’s the odds on a run a ball ton? When I saw Aus were playing five bowlers I thought this makes perfect sense then this. Mind you, given Warnie’s analysis, I’m glad they played two spinners!

It’s a little while since he has tap like that.
