Diary of one dumbnut England fan:
Friday 5pm finish work and go shopping. Based on past experience supporting England in ODIs, buy big box of tissues, wine, fixings for breakfast.
7.30pm first aid to daughter’s bleeding knee after football incident. Bloody contact sports. Remember Harmy’s 6th over at Lords. Smile. Motherly bonding with kids. Dinner.
9pm. Place wine in fridge. Both kids on dates. Take shower. England ODI shirt serves as night-dress. Set alarm for 5am. Check all known cricket websites and CoU.
9.45pm say prayers (England need all the help they can get, after all). To bed. Goodnight.

See y’all tomorrow early, okay?

they tried their best..
they tried to save the wickets till the end but they let the run rate creep over 7 to 10.. which is always very difficult..
KP could have scored even more runs had he not been stumped..

Thanks Mani. It went our way this time. I think the one thing we can count on , is that playing against England will never ever be boring, or predictable. The performances were a very pleasant surprise to me, knowing that our ODI team is not exactly a world beater. We need to win this series. The World Cup is approaching fast. I just love this site though, great to keep in touch with all of you.
