The 4 Umpires to officiate in this summer’s Ashes are: Billy Bowden, Steve Bucknor, Aleem Dar and Rudi Koertzen. I know much about the first two - the second two, not so much. Aleem Dar - unless I’m mistaken - is fairly cautious, a “not outer.”
Good to see Billy’s got 3 Tests - the Aussies rated him a couple of years ago, and in the matches I’ve seen, he’s been very consistent in his decisions.
