Wisden Cricketers of the year…are all English

I’m preparing to duck, and can already feel the spitting and cursing of today’s news. I’ll give my thoughts later when I have more time, and apologies in advance for feeling smug (if a little guilty, too…)

I dont know how biased this may seem. Most of the good cricket has been played by Aus (most of them should have won….Langer?)…India (again, most should have won…Sehwag, Kumble ??)…and SA (in loosing cause..Kallis should have won earlier).

So, it may not be too bad after all if all those above listed have been covered, yet they could have tried to find some ‘equally deserving’ non-Eng candidates for credibility sake.

WIndies, NZ dont seem to have worthy contendors, SL…umm…Murali should have won earlier ?
