Thank God for a guy like KP that isnt afraid of telling it as it is. I’m so glad he told the world about the quota system in south africa and how it’s ruining sport in this country. It’s happening in all our sport and it’s because of discrimination in our sport that south africa lost a class player in Pietersen. Fact is that Pietersen is not the only one,..there’s lots more but atleast Kp’s got the courage the speak out. Brilliant Kevin,..you’re a superstar cricketer and also a respectable human being!! And another thing,…Greame Smith IS nothing worth mentioning about!!

Jeez, what is it with you adn sticky situations? Really? Look, if it were me I would talk to this guy, Courtney first and see what he would think of the idea. If he’s not keen, I wouldn’t do it. He’ll end up feeling hurt and like he’s lost his best mate AND his girlfriend, and he’ll probably be jealous. Also, if it goes wrong with Matthew you could end up with a reputation for going out with people, dumping them adn then doing the same to his friends.

well…. i like went out with this guy, courtney, and then we broke up coz there was no spark, but he still likes me… well he still loves me!and i totally like one of his best mates, matthew, he is sooooo hot, we talked for ages on saturday night, it was so fun, he is amazing! not to mention sooooooo hot, he 17 so yeah!!!! but he wants to be a shrink dunno how to spell the proper word, so we talked bout my probs, and he gave me advice, it was so sweet! i was in stitches laughing at him, he pissed off da balcony at waterfront, it was soooo funny, and when he wanted to kiss me he sat in his pee accedently lol! so yeah, sof what am i gonna do????

Hi, did anyone watch the match on Tuesday?? Is anyone sending KP a Birthday card for Tuesday? I was going to but i didn’t know what address to send it to, i had the same problem at chirstmas! Thank god KP is fit for Saturday i was watching the match on Tuesday when he fell over, and the commentators were laughing which really wasn’t fair! Its Jessica’s B’day tomorrow do you think we could gatecrash her party and say hello to KP?? lol!

You are right, Kirsty, KPs birthday is the 27th.
I’m glad your Mum and Dad are still together. I think lots of people who marry young do stay together. My concern about KP wasn’t that he’s too young but that they haven’t known each other very long, I read that they only met this January. But I do think sometimes people can know straight away that they’re right for each other, just other times people make mistakes. I hope Jessica and KP will be happy.
My Mum and Dad were quite old when they met but moved very quickly. They decided straight away that they wanted to get married and have children, they got engaged and Mum got pregnant,it was very romantic, but then it all went wrong and they split up before I was born! I Guess this has made me feel cautious about whirl wind romances.

hiya guyz, lotz of gossip. i thought kp and jessica had been going out a bit longer. i am conuzzled, i’m blonde! lol. i thought kp’s bday was on the 27th, isn’t it? my mum and dad dot married at 22 and are stil going although they do argue alot. kp shuld live life to the full and do what freddie did. but if he really didn’t love her then he wuldn’t of dun it. i hope he and jessica have a happy and long lasting relationship if they get married young. there again, it may all change.

I totaly agree with Hetty, they havn’t known each other long but when England played India it was said that Jessica went over there a couple of times to see him. I think they’ll wait a bit to get married so its not rushed KP is half way round the world half the time, with the ashes coming up and the world cup!I wish you the best of luck, KP & JT!- that sounds cool!

I’m sort of glad for KP getting engaged, but I do feel like they haven’t known each other long enough to really know each other properly. According to the papers they only met in January this year, and when you also consider the time they spent apart while KP was in India, that’s hardly anytime together at all! I don’t mean to sound boring and unromantic but I think it takes more than being in love to make a marriage work, you have to know that you can live together through good and bad times, even when the other person is driving you nuts! I think my opinion partly comes from the fact that my cousin got married to a guy after just six months, they were really in love and it seemed great for ages, but over time they had loads of difference about boring stuff like work and where to live, they split up after less than 3 years. I think it’s partly because they rushed into things, they didn’t take time to learn to comunicate and compromise, it was all about passion and romance(which in the end wasn’t enough). I desagree with Kirsty that it’s time KP settled down, he’s still really young, well below the average age for marriage these days, I suppose getting engaged is a big romantic gesture and when you’re really in love feels like the right thing do to, but I it just seems a little sudden. But maybe I’m just jealous! I hope they prove me wrong and stay married forever (but I won’t be surprized if they’re not together this time next year).

without KP the england team wouldn’t have a chance of beating Sri Lanka in the ODIs latter this month! I wouldn’t be surprised if he got man of the series again. KP gets all the runs and if you look you’ll see that while freddie has been captin he hasn’t scored many runs so its left to KP mostly, occassionaly strauss would put his hand in his pocket. amazing job about KP.the guy ys just awesome.he goes out there and hits everything no matter what.i follow cricket religiously,and he’s been doing well consistently, in england and abroad. i loved it when he played in india,even though he was well, just coz his team needed him. thats truly amazing dedication. and then, people say all kinds of nasty stuff about his batting, but he doesnt really slog. he’s got an amazing technique, and except for that drive when he angles his bat down, and when he let his aggression carry him away, he’s just perfect.

I was at Trent Bridge today and it was a really good day even though we lost so badly. It was great to see the team in the flesh, especially KP of course. Pity he didn’t bat for longer but a did get to watch him practise in the nets before play started and saw him hanging out on the players dressing room balcony with his shirt off! It was worth going just for that!

hi my name is lauren and i live in nottingham in england. i also feel that football in this country is so over the top, i mean people have flags hanging out side their houses and cars but i will watch a few games in the summer to cheer us on!
since last years ashes there has been 49% increase of popularity in cricket here which is great but if we didn’t win the ashes would anyone other than the true supoters really bother!
why did the take the cricket off channel 4?? i have sky though which is good for me but not everyone and if you “press the red button you can watch india v west indies” which is good.
i went to see the ashes at trent bridge last year and i went yesterday to see them play sri lanka at trent bridge again and it was really great!
i’m such a fan of KPs i love him soooo much!!!! he played for notts county cricket team of corse for four years and my brother went to watch them play i didn’t used to go cause KP didn’t play for england then and i didn’t know how much talent he had, but my brother did.(and he didn’t have the blonde strip down his head which i loved!!) when he started to play for england he was already on his way to hampshire which was a shame!!!!
I love kevin pietersen so much he rocks my world!! i love the arrogence that he has when he plays and hes just so amazing and is always him self! did anyone see him on

I think it’s fine to like more than one sport. I think I just feel a bit left out and jealous when everyone’s obssessed with the football. I’ve tried to like football but I just don’t get it, to me it just looks like they’re kicking the ball up and down the field and then everyone gasps or groans everytime the ball goes anywhere near the goal, even though it mostly just gets kicked away again. I guess I’m missing the subtleties of the game. I honestly have tried, especially as Chelsea/England player Frank Lampard is my second cousin, and I am very proud of him, but the sport just sends me to sleep. Luckily I’ll be on holiday in Greece during most of the World Cup, and they haven’t qualified this year, so I won’t have to cope with everyone talking about something I don’t understand for a couple of weeks.

I don’t see why people can’t like more than one sport. I love cricket, but I watch the World Cup and cheer and shout for England jsut like all the other Brits. I suppose I’m like one of thsoe people who only watches cricket during teh Ashes, but only with football and the world cup, whereas I watch cricket all the time. We just get endless football here, especially now the stupid world cup’s about to start. I don’t know why the English are so football crazy as our team hasn’t won anything for about 40 years. There’s only live cricket on sky TV which I don’t have, I have a couple of friends who do so I get to see some but mostly I listen on the radio, follow it on the internet and watch the highlights program. Most people I know only seem to follow cricket when the Ashes is on and don’t care the rest of the time. But I have two friends who follow it too so I have someone to talk about it with, though neither of them were KP fans until this series, now they can no longer deny that he’s an absolute genius, I saw his talent the first time a saw him play but I suppose it takes some people a little longer.
